Who manages St. Charles Security?
Mrs. Roosaida (Ida) Payden manages the financial part of the business and Don A. Payden is the Director of Operation, working with security personnel and clients. We are supported with a team of security personnel who have years of experience in the security industry. Most of our personnel have been with us more than five years. Ida and I also have been in the security field throughout our working careers. We both retired from the Federal Service with high security conscious assignments and locations; such as:
- HQ NATO/SHAPE (Supreme Headquarter Allied Power Europe) - Belgium
- HQ US Army Europe - Heidelberg, Germany
What kind of experiences and performances does St. Charles Security have?
We are proud to mention St. Charles Security was the security company which served the Weldon Spring Remedial Action Program (WSRAP) under the US Department of Energy for 12 years until the project was completed in September 2002. WSRAP was a tight security compound and had received the highest performance Award for any clean up site in Safety and Security in the Nation as a sub-contractor to M-K Ferguson (Washington Group).
We were the security company who serviced Francis Howell School District (three high schools and occasionally the elementary schools) from 1991 to 2002.
Currently, St. Charles Security Service, Inc. provides security guard service for the Federal Environmental clean-up sites at the Airport under the US Corp Engineer, several Missouri State Buildings in the city of St. Louis, Missouri, St. Charles City Hall, St. Charles Missouri, a local hospital, churches and several industrial complexes in this area.
